Never recieved it…twice

Nobody is answering emails, DMs, Nothing! I have ordered this fragrance three times and only received one bottle. And it sucks because I love the perfume, but this company is horrible with customer service. Usps ever gets the package

I never received my order

It's been 12 days and it looks like USPS has been awaiting my shipment and I've never received my order. It looks like I should have received it but maybe customer service is terrible?

I brought both verisons of TS Madison perfume and glad I got my hands on them. The smell and fragrance are top tier and well worth the money. Might have to put my family on but for now, its my personal choice and my favorite scent.
